A complete range of full-bore, positive displacement cell samplers for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons. All liquid samplers fully comply with the requirements of the ISO3171, ASTM D 4177, API 8.2 and IP 6.2 sampling standards and are designed for installation in a 1” or 2” bypass loop. Cells samplers for liquid applications can be supplied with flanges or a ‘wafer’ body for direct mounting. All cell samplers are suitable for custody transfer and allocation measurement applications.
210P & 210P-HP pneumatic heavy hydrocarbon cell sampler
Low maintenance, pneumatically actuated sampler for liquid hydrocarbons up to 8000cSt and available in ANSI 150–1500 pressure ratings. The 210P is designed for arduous, heavy crude oil environments. The 210P can sample at up to 120 grabs a minute making it ideal for applications with line-fill between the custody transfer point and sampler.
210EH & 210EH-HP hydraulic heavy hydrocarbon cell sampler
Hydraulically actuated sampler for liquid hydrocarbons up to 8000cSt and installations with no plant air. The 210EH can be supplied with a self-contained ‘power-pack’ and is available in ANSI 150–1500 pressure ratings. It is suitable for arduous, heavy crude oil environments.
The 710EL-MC Cell is a low-pressure flowthrough sample extraction device suitable for use as part of an externally pumped bypass or a small diameter pipeline. Powered by an integrated motor, it is ideal as part of a Jiskoot fast-loop sampling system or a fiscal quality loop where an air supply is unavailable.
Pneumatically actuated sampler for hydrocarbons gases at pressures up to 200 bar. The G6 uses pressure balanced seals to maximize life and is manufactured from materials suitable for corrosive duty. It is designed for installation in a bypass loop and has 1/8” NPT fittings.
