Cameron’s Jiskoot Quality Systems has received another order for its innovative IsoFraction™ LNG sampling system. The order compliments Jiskoot LNG systems already installed in the UAE, Asia Pacific and America’s.

Built on the back of the unique performance guarantee, the Jiskoot IsoFraction™ LNG sampling system endorses repeatability for BTU and density of 0.2% or better when validated in accordance with BS12838 LNG standard or against a validated reference source. The system is reported to offer lower cost while being easier to validate and operate than traditional larger and more complex “water-butt or bladder” ISO 8943 system designs.

The IsoFraction™ system enables the extraction of three complete composite batch samples that are stored at pressure, typically 10 bar, as well as enabling the extraction of 25, 50 and 75% manual samples as preferred by some operators.  It can also feed a gas chromatograph, eliminating the need for a secondary vapourisation and control system.

Multi-point sampling locations are incorporated so that the performance of the manual samples, composite batch samples and the gas chromatographs can be cross verified to validate system performance.
